Combined fasta file of Human Microbiome NCBI genomes, Acetobacter Genomes and Johnny Genomes

This contains the raw combined fasta file (blast.Johnny.NCBI.genomes.fna) used to make a custom blast database for strain identification of the bacteria Johnny sent us. This includes the test genomes from johnny, 900 microbiome species from the NCBI and 6 acetobacter genomes. I also included the resulting custom blast database (Johnny_test_blast_db.zip).
