- predictor_successorimages.txt contains the image names that were used as a predictors and successors
- All images presented are in the zip file 'TrainedPair_Images'
- patternseparation.txt contains pair-wise separability in (degrees). The pairwise comparisons(36) are in the same sequence as images listed in predictor_successorimages.txt. The averaged separability estimates per brain area and condition are followed by individual monkey estimates.
- experimentalRDMs_modelsRDMs_all.txt contains representational dissimilarity matrices (vectorized-format) in the same sequence as images listed in predictor_successorimages.txt. The experimental RDMs per brain area and condition are followed by model RDMs for predictor images and successor images.
