Data and code for Crown Exposure Regulates Aboveground Wood Productivity Responses to Soil Fertility in Lowland Tropical Forests

This repository contains the analysis scripts and data files associated with the manuscript Crown Exposure Regulates Aboveground Wood Productivity Responses to Soil Fertility in Lowland Tropical Forests. Included are the main analysis script (main_analyses.R) and the key input files (YData.csv, awp_soil_clim.csv, neigh_graph.graph), which enable full reproduction and review of the results. Additionally, this repository provides supplementary scripts showing the processing of raw data and the allometric analyses for tree height and crown area.
