向海致敬-臺灣海域生態環境守護計畫

臺灣周圍海洋有豐富的生物多樣性，因為海岸開發以及海洋污染、棲地破壞而造成諸多衝擊。船舶海難造成的海域污染，需要完 整的應變體系與設備以因應。沿海掩埋場管理不當以及塑膠處置不當造成的海洋廢棄物困境，更影響海域生態系、海洋生物、藍色產業經濟乃至食品安全。因此，需要強而有力的行動，以守護臺灣海域生態環境與珍貴的海洋資源，讓臺灣海洋能永續發展。The waters surrounding Taiwan boast rich biodiversity, yet face multiple impacts from coastal development, marine pollution, and habitat destruction. Marine pollution caused by shipwrecks requires comprehensive response systems and equipment for mitigation. The plight of marine waste resulting from improper management of coastal landfills and improper plastic disposal further harms marine ecosystems, marine life, the blue economy, and even food safety. Therefore, robust actions are needed to protect the marine ecological environment and precious marine resources of Taiwan's waters, and achieve sustainable development of Taiwan's marine environment.
