In order to clarify the post-transcriptional regulatory network of RPS27 in KS. We constructed a transcriptomic binding network using iRIP-seq. The KS lesions of the other two patients were used for separately. iRIP captures both direct and indirect RNA-RPS27 interactions. IP was performed using flag-tagged RPS27; two independent iRIP replicates were performed, and the cDNA libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq system. ompared with the input group, reads in the IP group were enriched in the coding sequence and noncoding exon regions. The Piranha method was used for peak calling.
