LncRNA sequencing of human primary chondrocytes treated with or without inflammatory cytokines (IL-1ß and TNF-a) stimulation

Objectives: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) has been identified in numerous diseases. Inflammatory cytokines-induced activation of NF-?B pathway plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis (OA). This study aims to explore NF-?B pathway related lncRNA and investigate its role and mechanism on OA development and progression. Overall design: Examination of lncRNAs expression profiles in inflammatory cytokines stimulated human primary chondrocytes.
