There were more eGFP+, Nestin+, eGFP+/Nestin+, TH+, and eGFP+/TH+ cells and fewer GFAP+ cells in the GDNF-mNSCs+DA group than the other groups. (Differentiation rate = Number of cells expressing both a neuronal marker and eGFP/Number of eGFP-positive cells×100%).
