UP-3D
The images in this dataset are sourced from the Leeds Sports Pose Dataset and its extended version, as well as annotated human figures from the MPII Human Pose Dataset. Given that we release multiple types of annotations for the same image, a clear naming convention is critical: the dataset is denoted by the prefix "UP" (short for Unified Persons; the optional suffix "i" indicates the initial variant, which excludes the FashionPose dataset). A dash follows the prefix, after which we specify the annotation type (segmentation, pose, or 3D) and granularity. If the annotations are human-annotated, we append an "h" to the naming. We provide these annotations free of charge for academic and non-commercial use (please refer to the license for additional details). For images still governed by the original dataset licenses, we only provide cropped patches for convenience and reproducibility. The dataset is linked via their respective thumbnails. For each image in UP-3D, we also provide a file containing quality metrics for the 3D fitting, labeled as either "medium" or "high". "Medium" means that the rough body regions overlap with the image evidence, while limb rotations are not necessarily correct. A "high" rating indicates that limb rotations are also largely accurate. For pose datasets, we only use images with a "high" quality rating.
