Phenology and architecture associations generated from a chickpea diversity panel measured in natural and glasshouse environments

These data are outputs of the project: Improving The Adaptation And Profitability Of High Value Pulses (Chickpea And Lentil) Across Australian Agroecological Zones - GRDC Project Code UOT1909-002RTX.

This dataset contains the genomic locations of SNP and haplotype associations detected for phenology traits measured across a chickpea diversity panel. The phenotypes were collected from the panel grown in three environments: in the field at Mount Barker, WA in 2008, a second planting in 2009, and in glasshouse conditions at Floreat, WA in 2021.
