Quantitative V-gene targeted and bulk TCR sequencing of NOD mice

This study used both bulk and V-gene targeted T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing to analyze clonotypes associated with autoimmune diabetes in non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice. Amplicon sequencing of TRAV16/16D-containing TCRs and bulk TCR profiling from islets and blood identified public clonotypes enriched in islet antigen-reactive T cells, enabling quantitative monitoring of pathogenic T cells.
