Replication Data for: A novel high-current, high-resolution, low-kinetic-energy electron source for inverse photoemission spectroscopy

The dataset is structured with one folder per figure. Unless otherwise specified, the data names should be self-explaining when looking at the figure in the publication. For Fig. 13, the .txt file contains information about which Potentials and which .csv file is what (see the metadata of this .txt file). *.Potentials files are standard hdf5 files.*.txt files are ASCII files, with columns separated by tabs.*.csv files are ASCII files, with columns separated by commas.
