The differentially expressed genes after overexpression of RNF128 in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes

This study aimed to explore the underlying molecular mechanism of RNF128 in Heart Failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). RNF128 acts as mitochondrial function suppressor by inactivation of PPAR?/VCP axis. Overall design: Neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were seeded into 6-well plates and treated with 500 µM palmitic acid for 24h. The differentally expressed genes by RNF128 overexpression were screened by RNA sequencing. The transcriptome sequencing studies were performed by deep sequencing, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
