China Manned Space Station has planned a high-temperature material science experimental rack designed to study the mechanism of the material preparation process under microgravity conditions. The X-ray real-time observation module observes the solid-liquid interface morphology and interface transport effect in situ during sample preparation, an important component of high temperature rack. Aiming at the sparsity of X-ray images of space high temperature materials, a solid-liquid interface enhancement algorithm for X-ray in situ observation of space materials is proposed to solve low contrast and blurry interface of X-ray images.
