Code and data for COVID-19 vaccine maps

These files contain vaccine data, RMarkdown code, and an R Project file to recreate maps in a paper on the difficulty of distinguishing certain types of vaccine-induced antibodies from infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. They illustrate the distribution of approvals for whole virus and component viral vaccines, along with differences in vaccination rates.
