资源简介:

DESCRIPTION OF FILE: data_measurements.zip Dataset structure The main folder is: data_measurements/ Inside data_measurements/ there are four subfolders corresponding to the used hypotonic solution (i.e., mixture of Leibovitz’s medium and distilled water in four different rations): 0_100_solution/ -- 0%/100% Leibovitz’s medium/water, 10_90_solution/ -- 10%/90% Leibovitz’s medium/water, 20_80_solution/ -- 20%/80% Leibovitz’s medium/water, control/ -- control condition (only Leibovitz’s medium). Within each solution folder, there are subfolders named by the date of measurement. Each date folder contains microscope recordings of cells acquired at: 1 frame every 2 seconds for 10 minutes (2 s interval, 10 min total) File types Each recording consists of: .ids -- microscope video file an additional associated file saved by the microscope software File naming Videos are named in the format: X_2s_10min_Y, where X indicates the solution and Y is the recording number. DESCRIPTION OF THE CODE REPOSITORY: The program brez2_o2.e in the repository writes volume [m^3] (the second column), pore radius [nm] (the third column), water flow through the membrane [m^3/s] (the third column) and solutes flow through the tension pore [m^3/s] (the fourth column) as a function of time [s] (the first column). It calculates pore formation time and its duration [s].
