The data set contains daily values of hydro geochemistry, weather data, groundwater levels and water balance variables from three groundwater lysimeters of a lysimeter station and the associated weather station in the Spreewald for the period from 1 May 2020 to 30 October 2023. The lysimeters were each controlled with different annual groundwater levels: two with deeper, seasonally fluctuating levels and one with constant levels close to the surface. Water samples were taken from the monoliths of the lysimeters at three depths below the ground surface every two weeks during the vegetation period and every four weeks otherwise using suction cups. The concentrations of several solutes and physicochemical parameters were determined from each water sample in a lab. These data were combined with soil water and meteorological data from continuous measurements. In addition, the leaf area index was measured on several sampling dates throughout the year and, if necessary, assigned to the date of the groundwater sampling by interpolation.
