U-BIOPRED paediatric oropharyngeal swab microbiota

The U-BIOPRED study is a major European cohort study of severe asthma, funded under the EU IMI programme. This study uses the four paediatric cohorts of school-age children with severe asthma, school-age children with mild/moderate asthma, pre-school children with severe wheeze and pre-school children with mild-moderate wheeze. Oropharyngeal swab samples were obtained from children and analysed with 16S ribosomal RNA gene amplicon sequencing. These are the unprocessed sequencing files resulting from that study.
