Post-Award Reflective Practice Tool (soft copy version)

This two-stage tool enables professional recognition program (such as fellowship program) awardees to re-engage with the portfolios that they developed in order to be awarded the professional recognition. The tool supports self-paced, continued post-award reflective practice. This version of the tool is the soft copy version (for downloading and completing on a device).
