资源简介:
Shrimp is a non-negligible victim of Cd contamination, and there is still a lack of strategies on mitigating Cd poisoning in shrimp.B. cereus is a representative beneficial bacterium studied for mitigating the toxicity of Cd exposure, with significant heavy metal tolerance and chelating effects. In this study, we investigated the effects and mechanisms of B. cereus in mitigating chronic Cd toxicity in shrimp by analysing growth performance, hepatopancreatic Cd accumulation and pathology, as well as comprehensive hepatopancreatic transcriptomics and metabolomics in Vanabin shrimp. The results showed that the growth indexes of shrimp Vannamei under B. cereus treatment were close to those of the control group, the hepatopancreatic Cd accumulation was significantly lower than that of the single chronic Cd exposure group, and the oxidative damage of the hepatopancreas was alleviated to some extent.
