Supplementary Data for Crude Oil Biodegradation by Indigenous Marine Bacteria from Ghanaian Coastal Waters

This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the study “Crude Oil Biodegradation by Indigenous Marine Bacteria from Ghanaian Coastal Waters”. The dataset includes:- Gravimetric biodegradation data of crude oil by Acinetobacter pittii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and their consortium- Replicate measurements, mean values, and standard deviations- Statistical outputs including SEM, confidence intervals, ANOVA, and Tukey HSD results The data were generated from controlled laboratory experiments evaluating crude oil degradation over 15, 30, and 45 days. Initial crude oil volume was 1 mL, with a density of 0.85 g/mL assumed for mass conversion. This dataset includes raw biodegradation experimental data and nucleotide sequence data (16S rRNA gene fragments) for bacterial isolates used in the study.
