资源简介:
Summary This dataset contains X-Ray projection data of a low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) sample, acquired at the BAMline beamline (BESSY II, Berlin, Germany) in February 2025. The measurements were performed at 3 different X-Ray energies (30, 40 ,50 keV). The datasets include raw experimental data in HDF5 format, one preprocessed slice per energy, and example reconstructions using the FBP algorithm. Description Sample information The sample is an LTCC daisy-chain test structure, consisting of multiple (4) stacked ceramic layers (CT708, Fraunhofer IKTS) embedded with conductive screen prints (Ag paste) and vertical interconnects (Ag/Pd paste) forming a continuous electrical path. The structure was fabricated in-house using standard LTCC lamination, pressing and sintering processes, then sectioned using a hot knife to smaller sized samples for tomography measurements. Experimental setup The measurements were performed at the BAMline beamline [1], in the BESSY II synchrotron radiation facility (Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin). The datasets consists of three consecutive scans made using different X-ray energies and exposure times. For each scan, 1800 projections were acquired across a 180° angular range.  The raw datasets (in hdf5 format) contain: Raw projections (in the "entry/data/data" dataset), with the 20 first projections being flat-fields. Experimental metadata (in the "entry/instrument/NDAttributes" group), most importantly the angular information (in the "entry/instrument/NDAttributes/SAMPLE_MICOS_W2" dataset) In addition to the raw experimental data, we provide: One pre-processed 2D sinogram per energy level. The sinograms have been created using a slice of interest, and pre-processed using flat-field correction and stripe removal using remove_all_stripe function from [2] . FBP reconstructions of the given sinograms. The scanning parameters per energy are as follows: Energy (keV) Filters Exposure time (ms) Projections 30 600um Be / 500um Al 1500 1800 40 1mm Al / 200um Be 1000 1800 50 1mm Al / 50um Cu 500 1800   References [1] : H.
