FTIR Background Subtract Program v1.1.0

This is version 1.1.0. The original version (1.0.0) can be found on its Google Code page [http://ftir-background-subtract.googlecode.com]. Major updates will be posted here on figshare. The project's history (older versions) are archived on the Google Code page. Updates in VERSION 1.1.0: 1. Fixed indentation problem in code (some lines were not indented properly and caused problems when copy/pasting code)<br>2. The central plot now also displays the actual (user input) data as a black curve atop the background fit<br>3. The lower plot now also displays a red horizontal line at y=0 for a better comparison of the background subtracted curve to the background fit itself (which plots as a horizontal line at y=0).<br>4. Updated the README to better explain the three plot displays and added information about keyboard shortcuts that can be used in lieu of the toolbar, which does not show up on Mac OS for some reason. Program description: FTIR Background Subtract program written in Python by Nial Peters and modified by Kayla Iacovino. Used in the PhD thesis of Kayla Iacovino to subtract backgrounds from FTIR data taken on volatile-bearing (H2O and CO2) silicate glasses. This code is not supported, but if you're having issues using it, send us an email, and we'll see what we can do.
