Temperature profile and other data were collected using XBT casts from ICEBIRD and other platforms in Indian Ocean and North / South Pacific Ocean. Data were collected from 02 January 1993 to 01 January 1994 by Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) with help from the Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) project.
