Genome annotation of multidrug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae isolated from cow milk, Nigeria

The study aimed to reveal the microbial composition of raw milk from dairy camel, cow, and goat in North-western Nigeria. DNA metabarcoding was used to compare microbial compositions in raw milk among the three species. Traditional microbiological methods were used for the isolation of selected genera and Whole genome sequencing was done on selected species of interest.
