High-throughput sequencing of tagged ATTACH3

This BioProject contains high-throughput amplicon sequencing data generated from mixtures of TA positive and TA negative ATTACH3 equipped Escherichia coli strains. Amplicons flanking 2 bp signature tags were sequenced to distinguish TA positive GT tag and TA negative CC tag populations and to quantify their relative abundance and temporal dynamics in mouse experiments.
