资源简介:
Aspergillus fumigatus is an opportunistic fungal pathogen capable of causing life-threatening infections in immunocompromised individuals. Protein phosphatases are enzymes that catalyze protein dephosphorylation and play essential roles in biological growth and development, signal transduction, and the proper activation of signaling pathways. They also contribute significantly to fungal environmental adaptation and drug resistance. Therefore, investigating the functions of protein phosphatases in A. fumigatus may provide potential drug targets for the treatment of A. fumigatus infections. This study aims to utilize transcriptomic analysis to examine the impact of the 09920 gene knockout on hyphal growth in A. fumigatus, elucidate the phosphatase function of the 09920 gene, and explore potential therapeutic targets.
