Assessment of Phase Uncertainty in Nonlinear Nearshore Wave Records

This archive contains data, MATLAB figure-generation scripts, and rendered figures supporting the accepted Scientific Reports article Assessment of Phase Uncertainty in Nonlinear Nearshore Wave Records by A. Spicer Bak and Patrick J. Lynett. The data support analysis of phase-driven variance and uncertainty in nearshore wave records, including nonlinear numerical simulations, observation-derived statistics, spectral-discretization tests, and figure reproduction materials. The packaged ZIP files preserve the original directory structure from the source archive. The main data ZIP is split into parts named data.zip.part001 through data.zip.part031. Concatenate these parts in order to reconstruct data.zip before extraction. The included README, reconstruction scripts, and data ZIP part manifest provide reconstruction commands and checksums. The associated article has been accepted for publication in Scientific Reports. The final article DOI should be added to this record when available.
