Transcriptome analysis reveals the molecular mechanisms of ecological adaptation to the plateau environment for Isoetes sinensis

we transplanted Isoetes sinensis to altitudinal gradient to determine if this species can adapt to the high altitude environment. In total, there are six different treatments in this study: Tibet Terrestrial (TT), Tibet Submerged (TS), Kunming Terrestrial (KT), Kunming Submerged (KS), Wuhan Terrestrial (WT), and Wuhan Submerged (WS).
