Context as Code: Estimating Algorithmic Decoupling Effects in Digital Platform

This dataset compiles raw and processed data used in the study on algorithmic decoupling, platform governance, and institutional adaptation in global food-delivery and ride-hailing platforms. It includes standardized indicators from international sources such as the OECD, Fairwork, and other regulatory and socio-economic datasets covering the period 2018–2024. The files are organized into four components: Raw Data, Processed Data, Code, and Documentation. All scripts required to clean, merge, and replicate the analyses (Python and R) are provided, along with a README and a detailed codebook. This dataset supports transparency, reproducibility, and independent validation of the study’s analytical procedures.
