We found that TM4SF1-AS1 inhibits apoptosis through upregulating stress granule formation in gastric cancer cells. To identify RNA molecules that associate with TM4SF1-AS1, we performed Chromatin isolation by RNA purification (ChIRP) coupled with RNA-sequencing in SNU638 cells stably expressing ectopic TM4SF1-AS1.
