We report the differences of gene expression pattern of Mouse TC-1 cell lines responding to Interferon-gamma. TC-1 cell lines were treated with 20ng/ml of Interferon-gamma for 72 hours and gathered for RNA seq. We found that in response to Interferon-gamma, TC-1 cell lines expressed increased amounts of RNA related to immune responses. Compare gene expression patterns between Interferon-gamma treated TC-1 cell lines and untreated TC-1 cell lines
