资源简介:
Data from: Steger et al. (2024): Ecological baselines in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea shifted long before the availability of observational time series. Global Change Biology: https://doi.org/10.1111/gcb.17272 Contains:Assemblage data- The file ‘data_tables.Rdata’ contains 13 objects with assemblage data. For details on their content and structure, see the description provided at the beginning of R script ‘RCode1_data manipulation_nMDS_PERMANOVA.R’ (available at https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.25444495).Taxonomic information- The file ‘taxon_list.Rdata’ contains information on the (higher) taxonomic classification of all molluscan species involved in the analysis of Steger et al. (2024), as well as their native vs. non-indigenous status in the Mediterranean Sea.Trait information- The file ‘traits.csv’ contains fuzzy trait scores for each molluscan species involved in the analysis of Steger et al. (2024). For information on the evaluated traits and a key to trait modality codes, see Supporting Information S1, Table S2. For an explanation of the trait scoring system used, see section 'Materials and Methods' in the main publication.
