In order to explaining the mechanism of microprotin PoxTMA7,we deleted PoxTMA7 in P. oxalicum ?PoxKu70 ,and we want to investigating the function of deletion of PoxTMA7 at transcriptional level. Overall design: RNA-seq profilling of wide type and deletion mutant ?PoxTMA7 cultured in medium containing 1% Avicel for 24 h, in order to explaining the mechanism of POXTMA7 in regulation cellulase and xylanase production in P. oxalicum
