<strong>Attributes</strong>:<div>State: state of the property can be “Final: Disclosed” if all information for the property is provided and is accurate or could be “Registered” if there are missing information for the property and is not present on the VIZ Map.<div>Cycles: the calendar years for which property data has been provided.</div><div>Address: the address of property.</div><div>property-name: the name of property.</div><div>property-type: The property type indicates the single, primary use of property. However, there are two</div><div>different property types: Self-Selected and Portfolio Manager-Calculated.</div><div>year-built: the year when property was built.</div><div>Province: province in which property is located.</div><div>City: the city where property is located.</div><div>postal-code: postal code of property.</div><div>Longitude: Longitude coordinates of property’s location</div><div>Latitude: Latitude coordinates of property’s location.</div><div>primary-contact-organization: primary point of contact for the organization.</div><div>energy-star: This refers to the Energy Star Score which is a measure of how well property is performing relative to similar properties, when normalized for climate and operational characteristics.</div><div>site-eui (ekWh/m²): Annual amount of all the energy the property consumes on-site divided by the property square meter.</div><div>source-eui (ekWh/m²): the total amount of all the raw fuel required to operate your property, including the losses during generation, transmission, and distribution, divided by the property square meter.</div><div>total-ghgs (tCO₂e): Sum of direct and indirect (location-based) GHG emissions. Direct emissions are those associated with onsite fuel combustion while indirect emissions are those that occur at the utility’s plant.</div><div>ghg-intensity (kgCO₂e/m²): total emissions of CO2, methane (CH4), and nitrous oxide (N2O) gases released into the atmosphere as a result of energy consumption at the property. GHG emissions are expressed in carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) per square meter.</div><div>water-use-intensity (l/m²): sum of all water meters divided by the building square meter.
