Influence of the bismuth content on the optical properties and photoluminescence decay time in GaSbBi films

In the *.zip file, there are raw data, as seen on all the graphs in the manuscript.The PL vs Temp data was used in Figure 1 and 2.TRPL data was used for the maps on Figure 4 and 5.The PL vs Power data was used in Figure 3.To acquire Figure 1 panel C, the data for Arrhenius was used, with the double-Arrhenius fit.All data are in *.dat format with tab as delimiter.
