Genomic and transcriptomic sequencing of Bothrops snakes

This Bioproject provides raw sequence data (transcriptomic and/or genomic) and associated data obtained from different species of snakes belonging to genus Bothrops, as part of project "Scales of biodiversity: Integrated studies of snake venom evolution and function across multiple levels of diversity". It was designed for performing comparative analysis of gene expression, venom toxin profiling and obtaining mitochondrial sequences.
