Rollentheorien und Rollenkonfliktmodelle und ihre Bedeutung für die Praxis der Supervision.

In dieser Arbeit werden nach definitorischer Begriffsklärung der Theatermetaphern „Bühne, Rolle, Szene und Skript“ verschiedene Arten von therapeutischem Theater vorgestellt. Dann folgen Ausführungen über die bekanntesten Rollentheorien von Mead bis Moreno und deren Positionierungen zwischen flexiblem Prozess- und starrem Strukturcharakter. Schliesslich wird anhand der Rollentheorie von Petzold der enge Zusammenhang zur Identitätstheorie und deren Bedeutung für die Supervision aufgezeigt. In this paper definitions of the theatre metaphors „stage, role, script and scene“ are given, as they correspond to life and world. The different theories of roles show the position between structure and process, between stability and dynamic of given roles.
