High resolution longitudinal study of an artificial guts

We performed dense (hourly and daily) longitudinal sampling of 4 replicate artificial human guts over the course of 1 month to investigate the temporal variation present in these systems. To investigate the impact of technical sources of variation we also collected numerous technical replicates. Communities were investigated using 16s rRNA sequencing.
