Supplementary Material for: Liraglutide Induced Liver Injury, A Case Report and Review

Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP1-RA) such as liraglutide have revolutionized the management of type 2 Diabetes and obesity. We present a case of a 30 year old woman who developed drug induced liver injury (DILI) to liraglutide, confirmed on histology, with resolution on cessation of liraglutide over six months. DILI secondary to liraglutide appears to be a rare, but an important adverse effect.
