Pien Tze Huang Targets Cancer Proliferation and Inhibits Growth of Patient-derived Organoid and Xenograft Tumors in Pancreatic Cancer

We used RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) to analyze gene expression in PC cells treated with PZH. Next, we confirmed these findings on the protein level using Western blot and immunofluorescence. Finally, we analyzed the proliferative impact of PC cells treated with PZH using MTT and flow cytometric assays and verified it with PC patient-derived organoids (PDOs) and xenograft mice models.
