Single-cell profiling of transcription factor(TFs) binding and histone modifications offers precise insights into gene regulation, but current methods are costly, equipment-dependent, and require complex workflows. We introduce IT-scC&T-seq, a simple, cost-effective method to streamline mapping of histone marks and TFs binding to DNA in single-cell resolution.
