We isolated hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPC) population from mice with Vav1-iCre / mouse Sf3b1-K700E/ human Inv(3) BAC clone to prepare DNA libraries for ATAC-seq. The purpose of this project is to complehensively analyze the changes in chromatin accessibility induced by the co-occurrence of Sf3b1 mutant and MECOM high expression.
