First Insights into Critical Care Outcomes in a Rural Tanzanian High Dependency Unit: A Prospective Cohort Study

This dataset contains pseudo-anonymized clinical data from 491 patients admitted to the High Dependency Unit (HDU) at St. Francis Regional Referral Hospital, Ifakara, Tanzania, between August 2023 and March 2024. Data were collected prospectively as part of a cohort study analyzing critical care outcomes in a rural, resource-limited setting. There is one dataset (one row per participant). The data dictionary explains the data available.
