ILC2 are potent producers of IL-5 and IL-13 and Th2 cytokines. We have found that they promote neurogenesis and cognitive functions in aged mice . We report that CP and meningeal ILC2 from IL-33 treated aged mice have differential expression of Th2 cytokines as well as genes involved in metabolism through scRNA-sequencing.
