Dataset containing descriptive, acidosis risk, and center log transformed relative abundance of ruminal bacterial phyla and families data from 287 cows from 36 farms. The study was an observational study with a rumen sample collected via stomach within 3 hours of feeding. The key dietary nutrients from each farm are also provided.
