ITS sequecing of the maize rhizosphere community under different phosphate source

Maize (Zea mays L.) is a crop consumed worldwide. For its productivity is necessary use high quantity of fertilizers such as phosphate. Thus, have been considered use of rock phosphates (RP) along microorganisms able to phosphorus (P) release from RPs to the soil-plant system. Here, we analyze the effect of the three P sources (RP, superphosphate triple and a control without P) on the microbial community diversity associated maize rhizosphere cultivated in field under three years.
