Datasets of the Discrimination of neutrons and gamma rays in plastic scintillator based on pulse-coupled neural network

The data set includes neutron and gamma ray radiation pulse signals and source codes of several recognition algorithms, including pulse-coupled neural network and Spiking cortex model method (this is used as a comparison method, and a lot of subsequent research has been done).
