ex scalar corona protein list

This dataset contains raw and processed LC–MS/MS proteomics data generated from the analysis of exscalar particles. Proteins associated with isolated particles were extracted, enzymatically digested, and analyzed using nano–liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). The data include raw mass spectrometry files and corresponding processed protein identification results, enabling reproducibility and reanalysis . The dataset is provided under restricted access for peer review and will be made publicly available upon publication.
