Rna-seq transcriptome data for Neurod1-homozygous null and Neurod1-heterozygous null murine E17 pancreatic endocrine cells

The purpose of this study was to identify genes regulated by Neurod1 during murine pancreatic endocrine cell differentiation. Overall design: Pancreata from E17 Neurod1Floxed/Floxed and Neurod1Floxed/wt mice were dissected and digested into single cell suspensions. Neurog3-Cre+ Rosa-Tomato+ pancreatic endocrine cells were sorted by flow cytometry and total Rna was extracted. Libraries of amplified cDNA were sequenced and analyzed for Rna expression.
