OPTIMIZATION OF WORKING CONDITIONS AND TECHNICAL SAFETY FOR WORKERS IN TRANSPORT-LOGISTICS COMPLEXES AND HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
收藏资源简介:
This comprehensive research paper presents an in-depth investigation into optimizing working conditions, evaluating occupational risks, and improving technical safety systems for personnel in transport-logistics centers and highway construction sites. Harmful and hazardous production factors originating from road pavement construction, asphalt mixing, and freight handling operations (heavy machinery movement, toxic bitumen vapors, mineral dust, extreme temperatures, noise, vibration, and dynamic traffic hazards) are systematically analyzed. Occupational risk coefficients were mathematically modeled using the Fine-Kinney method and ISO 45001:2018 standards, enabling the formulation of integrated engineering and organizational safety measures. Implementation of smart LED warning barriers, Smart PPE, and ergonomic work-rest cycles demonstrated an 88–92% reduction in potential workplace injury rates and a 15–18% increase in overall labor productivity.
